Our focus is heritage grass-fed lamb. We absolutely love the fun of raising Jacob sheep and drool over the incredible flavor of their lean healthy meat.

Trust me, it doesn’t have to be complicated! I prefer to keep it simple in the kitchen. I love how easy our lamb is to cook. You often don’t have to do much prep, and it steals the show.
